Frequently asked questions about online group Spanish courses
There are a total of six levels in learning Spanish:
A1: Beginner level
A2: Elementary level
B1: Intermediate level

Those who take online group Spanish classes can request a diploma or certificate to prove that they have completed a course at that level for a certain number of hours.
Yes, the materials are included in the course price. These materials will be permanently available in the student’s virtual classroom so they can always consult them during the course.
For online group Spanish classes, the start date of a course is when three requests have been received. At that point, we create a new group and begin the lessons. If no group is currently open, we will notify you when one becomes available.
Yes, you can ask questions through the virtual classroom. There is a section for questions to the teacher, and you can even send emails to them through it. The teacher will try to respond as quickly as possible; there are also forums available for interaction among everyone (teachers and students).
A student’s level can be determined from two sources. The first is the student themselves, who usually informs us of their level. However, during the first free class, the teacher conducts a level test to assign them to the most suitable group.
There are teachers available from various nationalities and also teachers who speak multiple languages. It is very likely that a teacher of your nationality will be available. However, we always recommend taking classes with native teachers.
In group classes, specific goals are generally not prepared for, unless it is a group with the same objective (for example, obtaining the DELE B1). For specific goals, individual lessons are usually more suitable.
The tutor assigned to your group can provide you with periodic reports on what you need to improve as well as your progress. In addition, they will focus on reinforcing the areas that each student needs to improve, to make the most of the classes.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, Bizum, TransferWise, PayPal, or Revolut. All of these are reliable and well-established platforms. Payment is made before the start of classes; for group classes, €40 is first paid for 4 hours of class, and if you are satisfied with them, classes continue from that point with renewals of 8 hours of class (€80). In this way, we ensure the stability of the group as much as possible.
In the case of online group Spanish courses, supplementary lessons must be requested by the students themselves. Our teachers have no objection to conducting specific lessons for particular purposes, as long as all students agree. For example, Spanish for travel, preparing a job interview, or discussing a specific topic.
