Our individual online Spanish classes are conversation-based and tailored to your goals. For this reason, they are the most effective way to improve your level quickly, even if you are starting from scratch. All our teachers are certified and speak English; in addition, we have some who are bilingual in Japanese, German, French, and Chinese. Therefore, no prior knowledge of Spanish is required.
We organize our classes by level based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), but we adapt them to your schedule and goals.

We give you a free class
We give you a 1-hour trial class to test our method. We evaluate your level and design your course. You only pay for this class if you decide to study with us. We advise you on the best option for you. For example, it is possible that your company can pay for and claim a tax credit for the classes.

How many Spanish levels are there in our classes?
In Spanish language learning, there are a total of six levels: (A1: beginner level, A2: elementary level, B1: intermediate level, B2: upper-intermediate level, C1: advanced level, C2: mastery or native-like level). At Spanishja, we teach Spanish classes at every single one of these levels. If your level is basic, you would be at A1-A2; if intermediate, between B1-B2; and if advanced, C1-C2. In any case, with our placement test and free trial class, we can determine your exact Spanish level.
Do we issue any type of certificate?
We can issue certificates of completion and attendance. These certificates certify that you have taken lessons with us. They can be useful for job interviews or university applications, but they are not official degrees. The only institutions authorized to issue official Spanish proficiency certificates are the Cervantes Institute and the Official Language Schools (EOI). Not even universities can issue them.
Are all materials included in the price?
Yes, the price includes all materials used in class. However, since our method is based on conversation and we design every lesson for your specific needs, in many cases we create our own custom materials. Both those custom documents and the materials used in class will be available to you in the virtual classroom so you can access and download them at any time.
What are the available class schedules?
One of the main advantages of individual online Spanish classes is that you choose the schedule that suits you best. Based on your preference, we will assign you an available teacher whom you can try out in a free one-hour trial lesson. No matter where you live, just let us know your country of residence and preferred time, and we will match you with a teacher for that slot.
Are there teachers who speak my language?
All Spanishja teachers are certified and speak English. However, we also have bilingual teachers fluent in other languages: you can study Spanish in French, German, Chinese, and Japanese. If you need to learn in another language, just let us know and we will find a solution for you.
Do you prepare students for Instituto Cervantes exams?
Yes, we prepare students for Instituto Cervantes exams. In fact, our teaching staff includes accredited examiners for every level of the Instituto Cervantes exams. Because of this, we have deep experience in preparing students for Instituto Cervantes exams to earn specific certifications. From A1 to C2, as well as for specific goals such as Spanish courses for the A2 exam for Spanish citizenship.
How do I make a payment, and is it safe?
